AI Search Pressure
The other front is AI visibility. Google’s Search Central guidance says AI Overviews and AI Mode still rely on core Search systems, and there is no special AI schema, AI text file, or separate GEO trick needed. Search Engine Journal’s recent AI Overview reporting adds the practical warning: commercial and comparison searches can trigger AI Overviews far more often than broad keyword studies suggest.
