Search Console Gets a Little Clearer
The most practical webmaster item: Search Engine Roundtable says the Search Console Links report finally started showing fresh, normal link data again after weeks of broken or reverted reporting. If link counts looked wildly wrong, recheck before making link cleanup decisions.
Google Search Central also added a June 12 documentation item for Tennessee small businesses about getting notified when web content is removed or restricted in Search, while its bigger June Search Console story remains the limited rollout of generative AI performance reports, showing impressions, pages, countries, devices, and dates for AI Overviews, AI Mode, and Discover AI surfaces.
